Payment Methods
You decide how you would like to pay for your order. Four payment methods are available:
- Credit card (MasterCard & VISA)
- Prepayment (bank transfer in advance)
- SOFORT Banking (online bank transfer from your account – Germany & Austria only)
- PayPal
During the checkout process you will be able to select your preferred payment method.

PayPal is the online payment service that lets you pay securely, easily and quickly. You can also pay safely and conveniently with PayPal in our shop. At the end of the checkout process you will be redirected directly to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your credentials and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can check out as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. If you return any goods, the amount will be credited back to your PayPal account. | |

| When is payment taken? | After submitting your order you will be redirected to PayPal. The charge is made when you click the "Pay" button. |

Payment by credit card is very popular. We accept MasterCard and VISA. Credit card payments are secure and there are no additional charges. Your order can be processed by us immediately. We offer you the highest level of security. All credit card details are requested at the end of the checkout process via an encrypted connection in accordance with the requirements of the card issuers. We do not store any credit card data. If you return any goods, the amount will be credited back to your credit card. | |

| SOFORT Banking | |

SOFORT Banking is a direct bank transfer method that allows you to pay quickly and without any additional registration. All you need is a bank account and access to online banking. Select "SOFORT Banking" as your payment method during checkout. You will then be redirected to the secure payment form provided by SOFORT Banking, where you authorise the pre-filled transfer using your usual online banking credentials. After the encrypted transmission, your successful payment is typically confirmed within moments. Refunds from returns will only be transferred back to the bank account from which the original order was paid. | |

Not comfortable with online banking? Then this is the right payment method for you. When paying by prepayment (bank transfer), you will receive an email confirmation with our bank details after placing your order. Your order will be released for processing as soon as the invoice amount has been received in our account.
