Please fill out the return form and include it in your return parcel. It helps us to match your return upon receipt, so that it can be processed more quickly and a corresponding credit can be issued.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). Further information can be found here.

Please note:
We do not stock pre-cut nets. All nets and lead-weighted lines are cut to length according to your specifications. We kindly ask for your understanding that we are unable to exchange or accept returns of these nets and/or lead-weighted lines. All nets and lead-weighted lines are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The goods must be returned to us promptly and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
