Lead lines can be used on the balcony - e.g. for a cat net curtain - or in the garden in a cat enclosure. The weight of the lead line is essentially dependent on 3 factors - the wind, the weight of your cat and the height of the cat net. The stronger the wind, the heavier your cat - the heavier the lead line has to be.
