Right of Withdrawal and Withdrawal Form

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal as set out below, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

 

A. Right of Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. You can do this by:

  • using the electronic withdrawal button ("Withdraw contract") in the footer of our website,
  • sending an email to info@boy-katzennetze.de, or
  • sending a letter to the address below.

Electronic Withdrawal Button (from 19.06.2026)
In accordance with § 356 Abs. 1a BGB (implementation of EU Directive 2023/2673), we provide an electronic withdrawal button on our website. You can find the button "Withdraw contract" in the footer of every page of our shop. After submitting the form, you will immediately receive an automatic confirmation of receipt via email. The receipt of your withdrawal declaration by us serves as proof of timely exercise of the right of withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

⚠️ Important Note - Exception for Custom-Cut Goods
All nets and lead lines are custom-cut to your specifications. These products are excluded from the right of withdrawal according to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

  2. Send the package within 14 days after your withdrawal
  3. The customer bears the postage costs for the return shipment

Exclusion or Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who are not nationals of a member state of the European Union at the time of concluding the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of concluding the contract are outside the European Union.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

General Information

Please note that the following two pieces of information are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal:

1. Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components if possible. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

2. Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect if possible.
