This braided rope, also called a tensioning rope, is approx. 3mm thick, has high tear resistance, and is still elastic. This rope has proven very effective over the past decades. It is needed to prevent the net from collapsing between the telescopic poles. If the cat net is attached with hooks, the braided rope is threaded spirally through the outer mesh row of the Boy cat net and then hooked in together with the net. This prevents a mesh from tearing out at the hook. On request, we can professionally sew a braided rope to the cat net.
